International Shipping and Delivery

 

International orders are sent out through Canada Post, using the method selected by the customer. Because of size and weight restrictions, orders over $300 are limited to International Parcel – Surface and International Parcel – Air OR XpressPost International (only one of the two will go to any given country). Please see the table below for details about the prices and features of available shipping methods.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

XpressPost International (where available) is the only shipping option that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation. Sunveil cannot provide any guarantees regarding the delivery of your order if any shipping option other than XpressPost is selected, and we always recommend this service, especially for large or time-sensitive orders. Sunveil will not be held responsible for any items that are lost or delayed in transit if an inappropriate shipping service is selected.

 

With Small Packet - Surface, lost parcels cannot be investigated by the postal service until 75 days have elapsed since the date of shipment.

 

Additional insurance coverage is available for a nominal fee. Please contact us prior to ordering online if you require coverage greater than $100. Further details about international shipping methods, transit times, delivery guarantees, and the availability of XpressPost International can be found on the Canada Post website.

Duties and Taxes on International Orders

International customers should be advised that shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and other fees not imposed by Sunveil, and not reflected in our pricing or shipping rates. For more information on possible charges, please contact your local customs office.
