Returns and Exchanges

Sunveil offers a limited 30-day money-back guarantee, so if the product does not meet with your expectations, you may return it to the point of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided a copy of the original receipt is included and the garments are clean and unworn. We regret that there are no returns or exchanges on discontinued stock, clearance items, or overstock specials. In the event of an exchange (for North American orders only), Sunveil will cover the shipping cost for one replacement order (within the 30-day exchange window), with the customer responsible for the cost of returning the original item(s).

To return or exchange a purchase, you must contact us for the proper return authorization procedure. We reserve the right to refuse returns that have been incorrectly packaged or shipped, or damaged in transit. All returns must include an authorization number issued by us.

Quick basics about our return and exchange policy:

  • Articles returned for refund or exchange must be in their original condition, clean, and unworn, unless proved defective
  • A copy of the original invoice must be included with any returns
  • A return authorization number must be issued by Sunveil before items may be returned
  • All returns must be sent by surface mail, preferably with tracking information, and not through a courier service

When returning items, please remember to include a note indicating whether they are being returned for refund or exchange, and, if necessary, what exchange items are required.
